OR Manager award recipients share highs, lows of leadership

After the 2021 OR Manager Conference (ORMC), OR Manager sat down with ORMC award recipients Mary Anne Douglas, executive director of Surgical Operations at Intermountain Healthcare; Patrel Nobles, clinical director of Cardiac Surgery Operating Room at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus; Janet Quigley, nursing director, PostAnesthesia Care, at Massachusetts General Hospital; and Beverly Kirchner, compliance officer of SurgeryDirect LLC, to discuss the biggest leadership lessons they learned throughout their careers. Douglas is the 2021 OR Manager of the Year, Nobles is the 2021 Emerging Leader of the Year; Quigley is the 2021 PACU Manager of the Year; and Kirchner is the 2021 Pioneer Leader of the Year.
