Coming in 2019: OR Manager Partners with the Competency & Credentialing Institute (CCI)

The 2018 OR Manager Conference concluded on Wednesday, September 19, with an exciting announcement about a partnership between OR Manager and CCI. The following programs will be presented in 2019:

• The Fundamentals of OR Management certificate of mastery course (FORM COM) will be offered at the 2019 OR Manager Conference on September 17 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. This course will include 6 hours of live presentations, breakfast, lunch, and the opportunity to earn 10.0 CE credits.
• The CSSM® Exam Prep preconference workshop to be offered at the 2019 OR Business Management Conference on Sunday, January 27, in San Diego, California. Attendees will be eligible for 6.0 contact hours of continuing nursing education upon successful completion of the workshop.
• The Certificate of Mastery Course (Fundamentals of OR Management COM) will be offered at a location and date to be determined in 2019. Those who complete the course successfully may be awarded 10.0 CEs.
