Great minds think…differently!

Keynote speakers at the 2017 OR Business Management Conference in New Orleans will be focused on the qualities that spell success for today’s perioperative services leaders—notably, the benefits of seeing things differently.

On Tuesday, January 31, Jane McLeod, MSN, RN, and Sue Tetzlaff, MHA, RN, RHIA, FACHE, will kick things off with “Changing How We Change.” McLeod and Tetzlaff, co-founders of Capstone Leadership Solutions in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan, will share their thoughts on how to understand and capitalize on change.

Focusing on the patient experience is a sometimes elusive goal when so many other things are vying for attention in the OR. During a keynote lunch on Tuesday, James Merlino, MD, president and chief medical officer of Press Ganey Associates, Inc, will help the audience connect the dots to reinforce a more patient-centered approach to leadership.

On Wednesday, February 1, Thomas Nestor, CEO, Thomas Nestor Leadership Institute, will engage the audience in overcoming the barriers of traditional thinking to increase productivity and efficiency.

All of these thought leaders will bring the energy and inspiration needed to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing healthcare system.
