OR Manager Conference: Education extends through Exhibit Hall

Kicking off in less than one month, the 2023 OR Manager Conference will offer valuable education for the perioperative leader, as well as opportunities to forge relationships with vendor partners and source innovative solutions for healthcare facilities.

The exhibit hall hosts more than 130 companies featuring products and solutions in 30 categories, and will be open on Monday, September 18, from 4:00-6:30 pm, and Tuesday, September 19, from 10:30 am-4:30 pm. Various networking and educational activities will take place, including:

• Music City Exhibit Hall of Fame Welcome Reception – On the first evening of the conference, attendees will enjoy their first true networking time in the exhibit hall, complete with Southern-inspired food and drinks, a Dolly Parton impersonator and photo-ops.
• Pitchers & Pitches – Five vendors will deliver a 10-minute elevator pitch. These rapid-style presentations arm attendees with information to better determine which vendors will be a good fit and learn about new companies and products.
• Exhibitor Presented CE Sessions – Additional CE credits can be earned through participation in exhibitor sessions. Presentations cover surgical counts, scheduling, surgeon communication, laser standards, workflow improvement, and more.
• Poster Gallery Presentations – The poster gallery provides a setting for exploring advancements in perioperative clinical practice. Researchers will present their outcomes in infection control, education, patient safety, process improvement, PACU/post-op, and staffing/HR.
• Battle of the Bands Networking Competition – This competition encourages attendees to earn points towards raffles simply by spending time getting to know exhibitors! Top prizes include a complimentary trip to OR Manager Conference 2024 in Las Vegas, NV.
