OR Business Management Conference 2023 call for proposals deadline extended

The 2023 OR Business Management Conference, which will take place February 6-8 at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa in Georgia, is actively seeking proposals from OR business leaders. If you have a revenue generation idea or cost reduction strategy for the OR, we want to hear from you!

We are still considering proposals for these topics:

• Making the case for capital investment - How to build a business plan and present the case to your board
• Building a budget, sensitivity analysis and P&L - understand the ROI and speak fluently on it
• How to integrate physician based scheduling and hospital based scheduling
• Top technology trends to grow your surgical service lines
