During a breakfast panel discussion, Donna Doyle, DNP, RN, CNOR, NE-BC, senior advisor, surgical services at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center; Dawn Vocke, MSN, MBA, RN, CNOR, clinical director surgical services at UPMC St Margaret; and Susan Walczak, MSN, RN, NE-BC, talent acquisition consultant and lead consultant at UCSF Medical Center; will share their tips for filling vacancies and bridging across-generational relationship gaps. The panel will be moderated by Stephanie Davis, MSHA, RN, CNOR, CSSM, vice president of surgical services at HCA Healthcare.
