I am curious about others who are using the UV light lamp system as part of their environmental cleaning regimen in their OR’s on a regular basis. What have you found is the recommended length of cycle for your OR’s? What influenced your hospital’s decision to get them. What type of auditing are you doing to check whether it’s making a difference in your OR’s…

I worked in a large facility on the East coast where they were used particularly in the
Spine and Ortho joint rooms. This was after there was a bout of infections.
The units were used according to the manufacturer recommendations as to duration of exposure. Does this help?
