New OR Manager Conference attendees will have the special opportunity to network at the First-Time Attendee Reception and Orientation, taking place on Tuesday, October 19, at 6 pm local time. New attendees will learn from veteran attendees best practices on how to navigate the event, interact with exhibitors, and maximize their time out of the office.

The Exhibit Hall opens with a kick-off party on Wednesday, October 20, at 4 pm; attendees will party on until 6:30 pm, then get ready to enjoy the exhibit hall hours the next day from 11 am to 5 pm. The Hall features more than 130 exhibitors (see participating vendors at https://www.ormanagerconference.com/exhibitor-list/ ). During Exhibit Hall hours, attendees can earn continuing education credits by visiting the participating Exhibitor Booths and Theaters for insightful presentations; complete two, 30-minute programs to earn one (1) credit.

The OR Manager Conference bookstore, located in the Lakeside Ballroom Pre-Function featuring more than 100 titles, plus gifts and souvenir items, will be open during the following hours:

• Tuesday, October 19: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Wednesday, October 20: 6:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Thursday, October 21: 7:30 am - 6:30 pm
• Friday, October 22: 7:30 am - 1:00 pm.

Each keynote speaker will also hold book signing sessions following their keynote presentations. Take note of the following dates and times to catch your favorite speaker:

• Richard Leider, 12 noon – 12:15 pm on Wednesday, October 20
• Marty Makary, MD, 4:00 – 4:30 pm on Wednesday, October 20
• Cy Wakeman, 6:00 – 6:30 pm on Thursday, October 21
• Frances Cole Jones, 12:15 – 12:45 pm on Friday, October 22.
