Charlotte, UCHealth monitors first case starts, turn-around time (TAT), business hour room utilization, total volume of cases and minutes all by location/service/etc. We use the Smart Performance Tracker module of LeanTaaS’s iQueue for Operating Rooms for web and mobile dashboards.
